Feedback from other locksmiths suggests it opens many makes of cylinder,
Yale BS (Old version with deep engraving, Will not work on the newer Yales that are laser engraved)
Era BS, SKS, UAP BS (zerolift), Versa, ICL, Zone, E*S, Iseo, LSH, new E*S M6, ABUS e90 (early versions) Securistyle BS, with trap pins. It has a spring clutch and isnt even a thumbturn (key both sides) and many more.
Not all thumbturns can be bypassed, some manufactures have designed this weakness out of their locks. For example Versa can be bypassed but Asec Vital cannot as they have removed the vulnerability.
Find the wire that fits the profile and insert into the lock tip facing up. Feel for the sprung clutch at the rear of the plug and push it in as well as turning the wire. Try both ways to get it started. If you get no feedback after a few seconds then it is likely that particular lock cannot be bypassed.
