Description

Moisture curing, polyurethane expanding foam, specifically developed for filling gaps around window and door frames. Adheres to most frame materials; PVCu, aluminium and wood. Resistant to water, heat and ageing. Excellent thermal and acoustic insulation values. Can be cut, sanded, plastered and painted after full cure. Not UV resistant, cover once cured with sealant, paint or plaster. Genius Gun® is a patented trigger mechanism, designed for easy use and single-handed operation. The re-sealable applicator enables the product to be re-used for up to 6 weeks after first use.

Instructions

Shake the can for at least 30 seconds. Open the cover and unfold the tube into a horizontal position. Hold the can upside down and extrude the foam. Gaps are to be filled partly (approx. 1/3 ). Repeat shaking regularly during application. If you have to work in layers repeat moistening after each layer. Slightly humidifying of the surfaces gives faster curing and a better cell structure. For storage: detach the bung, seal the nozzle, close the cap and store can upright.
